Damages and Issues:

  1. Return Period: Damaged or defective products can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement, subject to parts availability.
  2. Exceptions:
    • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
      • Non-Returnable Parts: Parts that have been modified, bolted on, plugged in, or show physical signs of use.
      • Items returned without original packaging.
      • Hazardous materials.
      • Items with return limitations.
      • Any Used Parts or Equipment is sold as is and cannot be returned.
  3. Returns sent without a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) will not be eligible for credit.

Exchanges and Refunds:

  1. Exchanges: Exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is eligible for exchange. Non-exchangeable items include those listed under exceptions above.
  2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the returned product is received and inspected.
